Mark Cerny, one of the people who has played in the development of the PlayStation 4 a very important role now travels throughout the world to give his experience and various presentations of the PlayStation 4. That gives equal media the opportunity to ask Cerny a number of questions and Game Reactor Spain spoke to him after the PS4 presentation Gamelab in Barcelona.
One of the questions was how Cerny and his team have agreed to set up the hardware, taking care not to forget that in some countries, such as Spain, can be a quite hot in the summer. The risk would be that the console can heat up, especially in countries where the temperature always is on the high side. Fortunately, we need not to be worrying about this, because they really thought this out.
His response also shows that the PlayStation 4 is quite and an economical device. The consumption of energy is less, but compared to what? That's a bit questionable, but perhaps he is referring to the PS 3.

"I think it will be fine. They know how to design the console so it does not overheat. If you notice That PlayStation 4 is narrower, It's Because power consumption is less, simple as that ".
